MOVING FORWARD

We sent over 10,000 postcards requesting Congress and President Bush to declare March 30th of every year as " Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day". In 2007 both the House and the Senate unanimously passed resolutions. With the forming of these resolutions we had our first celebration March 30, 2008 at California High School in Whittier. Many other States followed suite and we are planning for 2009 and 2010.

OUR STORY

In 2004 we rode our bicycles from Whittier California to Washington DC, we campaigned for a "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day". It has been a huge journey that has touched and inspired the lives of Veterans all over the country. God Bless America!!

PROCLAMATIONS

When we started back in 2000 we never imaged we would have all these proclamations. The first Proclamation presented to us was from our home town of Whittier, California. Many more local cities followed suite. See all the Proclamations both locally and across the country. They all have declared a "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day". It's a long time coming and well deserved.
