WELCOME HOME VIETNAM VETERANS DAY, INC
(WHVVD)
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission at WHVVD is to insure ALL HONORABLY discharged veterans are received with more than just a thank you or a pat on the back when they have completed their tour of duty. Our promise is:
- Make all veterans aware of what their entitlements are to include their job/education probabilities.
- Care for the veteran and his family.
- To seek justice for the veteran.
- Provide outreach to veterans and their families who are in need of food, shelter, etc.
- Provide an outlet for veterans to express their opinions and needs.
- To continue with Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day celebration every March 30 until all states participate in welcoming all veterans of all wars.
